I'm Lumi. I have about ten years of experience in marketing, including in international companies, and an MBA from GLOBIS University in Tokyo. I lived and worked in Japan for seven years, where I built an important part of my professional experience.
Alongside that, I've been developing my own coaching practice for about five years. I'm a mindset coach and breathwork practitioner, trained in the CHILD Method (Metoda COPIL), hypnosis, NLP and EFT tapping (certified).
Lumi Magnetic brings these two directions together: marketing strategy and inner work. I help women own their value, become more visible and grow their own businesses.
My story
Learning to lean on myself
My mother died when I was 18. I had no one to lean on, so I had to lean on myself. I worked long hours while also going to university.
But I had a dream: to learn Japanese and discover the world.
I won three international scholarships, lived in Japan for seven years and built a career in marketing, earning an MBA at GLOBIS Tokyo along the way.
Alongside that, I built my own coaching business and trained in NLP, hypnosis, breathwork, EFT and the CHILD Method (Metoda COPIL).
Today I combine marketing experience with inner work, because I know a good strategy isn’t enough if fear stops you from using it.

Hi, I'm Lumi.
I grew up in Romania and won three international scholarships that took me to Japan: two from the Japanese Government, for my Master's and my MBA at GLOBIS Tokyo, and a study program with the Japan Foundation in Osaka. I stayed seven years, building a career in global marketing, before bringing that work back to Europe.
None of that happened by waiting to feel ready. Every step meant applying, speaking up and being seen, often in a second or third language. That's what I teach.
For five years I've run my own coaching business alongside my marketing career. I'm a mindset coach and breathwork practitioner, trained in NLP, hypnotherapy and the COPIL/CHILD method, and I hold workshops on confidence and visibility. I know both sides: how marketing works, and how it feels when your own fear stands between you and the people you could help.

Povestea mea
Am învățat să mă sprijin pe mine
Mama mea a murit când aveam 18 ani. Nu aveam pe cine să mă sprijin, așa că a trebuit să mă sprijin pe mine. Am lucrat ore lungi, în timp ce mergeam și la facultate.
Aveam însă un vis: să învăț japoneză și să descopăr lumea.
Am câștigat trei burse internaționale, am locuit șapte ani în Japonia și mi-am construit o carieră în marketing, obținând și un MBA la GLOBIS Tokyo.
În paralel, mi-am construit propriul business de coaching și m-am format în NLP, hipnoză, breathwork, EFT și Metoda COPIL.
Astăzi combin experiența în marketing cu lucrul interior, pentru că știu că o strategie bună nu este suficientă dacă frica te împiedică să o aplici.

- Îți spui prețul cu voce tare, calm, și nu îți ceri scuze pentru el.
- Știi exact ce oferi, cui și cum să spui asta într-o singură propoziție.
- Promovarea devine câteva obiceiuri mici în săptămâna ta, nu o luptă zilnică cu tine însăți.
- Ești înconjurată de oameni care cred în visul tău, iar acum crezi și tu în el.
De ce nimic nu a funcționat până acum
Strategia singură nu vindecă frica. Mindset-ul singur nu îți umple calendarul.
Cursurile de marketing îți spun ce să postezi, dar nu te pot face să apeși „publică” atunci când ți se strânge stomacul. Lucrul pe mindset te face să te simți mai bine, dar tot nu știi ce să spui sau unde să spui.
Ai nevoie de amândouă, în aceeași cameră. De aceea programul lucrează împreună pe blocajul interior și pe planul concret, în fiecare sesiune.

Am crescut în România și am câștigat trei burse internaționale care m-au dus în Japonia: două de la Guvernul Japoniei, pentru masterat și pentru MBA-ul la GLOBIS Tokyo, și un program de studiu cu Japan Foundation în Osaka. Am rămas șapte ani, construindu-mi o carieră în marketing global, înainte să aduc această experiență înapoi în Europa.
Nimic din toate acestea nu s-a întâmplat așteptând să mă simt pregătită. Fiecare pas a însemnat să aplic, să vorbesc și să fiu văzută, de multe ori într-o a doua sau a treia limbă. Asta predau.
De cinci ani am propriul business de coaching, în paralel cu cariera în marketing. Sunt mindset coach și breathwork practitioner, cu formări în NLP, hipnoterapie și Metoda COPIL/CHILD, și susțin workshopuri despre încredere și vizibilitate.
